I wanted to keep it simple, and not overwhelm myself by planning a massive project and that in the time frame, I would not be able to complete. I knew from my last Final Major Project at college, that it might be a good idea to continue from there.
One of the most important elements of my final piece, was sound. I have planned to develop and focus on this media throughout my first year at Camberwell, so I think using it in my summer project would be a good start. This is the sound and film to my final piece at college (JUNE 2013): http://alicesagarfmp.blogspot.co.uk/2013/06/finishing-filmsound.html
I have had an idea for a while now that I wanted to use sound in a major project in the first year of my degree. Since this would take a lot of planning and experiments, it might be a good idea to start early. So, for my summer project, I plan to: carry out research, record progress on my blog and in a sketchbook and then make audio samples that resembles a 'final piece'.
